Prepared with 87g of Wexford Blackberries per 100g, subtly infused in Capt. Morgan’s Spiced Rum make this a proper grown up jam. Delicious on toast, croissants and pastries. But simply sublime warmed and drizzled over chocolate brownies and ice cream or wave anywhere near a chocolate cake. Popular with peanut butter too.
