This seasoning mix with tomato, paprika and herbs for chicken chasseur, helps to create the traditional taste of France in your own kitchen in minutes!
- 1 sachet Colman’s chicken chasseur seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 skinless chicken portions
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 115 grams button mushrooms sliced
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 425 ml cold water

Preheat the oven to 180°C, 170°C fan assisted, Gas mark 4.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken and onions until browned. Place in an ovenproof casserole dish with the mushrooms.

Blend the contents of the sachet with the tomato puree and the water and add to the dish. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and cooked through.

Enjoy with baked potatoes and green beans.
