A classic preserve, made with our seasonal harvest of bramley apples fennel seeds in a craft Irish cider. Ideal for Charcuterie and Cheeseboards. Particularly good with Pork, try as a glaze for roast pork, a topping for ham, chorizo Ord ‘oeuvres or serve on top of a grilled black pudding.
