For perfect roast vegetablesAdd 1 tablespoon of Duck Fat to a roasting tin and place in a pre-heated oven for approx. 10 mins at 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7. Once the fat is just smoking, carefully add 450g of prepared vegetables. Baste well and place them in the oven for approx. 45 mins turning occasionally. Also delicious on roast potatoes – use 1 tablespoon for every 450g potatoes
