The Craft Butcher Association of Ireland National Burger Competition voted this burger the best beef burger in Ireland, out of 300 entry across the whole island of Ireland.

You have to try this burger to agree why it is the best burger you will ever taste. It is a thick 6 ounce burger, much thicker than your normal patty. We advice for the best BBQ results, smash the burger into a patty and the burger will swell up again and it will give you that chard crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside, with the bone marrow making it juicy.
