Delicious seasonal apple chilli jelly delivering a mild sweet heat with a delayed pop of chilli. Butter over a warm salmon darn or chicken breast, or sliced lamb. Throw a spoonful in a stir fry, but comes into its own on a cheeseboard. Perfect with soft cheeses.
