INSTRUCTIONS

This bread mix is easy to make and quick to bake, giving fantastic results for even the novice baker. Check out how to make our Irish Stout Bread Video to see just how easy it is. This recipe requires 4 additional ingredients but it is well worth the effort; milk, butter, treacle and stout.  Any stout will work, I like to use Guinness but sometimes I use a local craft stout called Yannaroddy from Kinnegar which is made in Donegal.

This makes a 1lb loaf and the only equipment required is a 1lb loaf tin.
